These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of AIR Solutions ("AIR Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to the AIR Solutions SMS program, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
The AIR Solutions SMS Program may include demo coordination, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, call summaries, missed-call follow-up, support updates, service notifications, account notices, billing-related notices, and promotional or product information when permitted by your consent and applicable law.
Opt-In Consent
You may opt in by submitting a website form, booking a demo, providing your phone number to AIR Solutions, texting us, verbally agreeing to receive messages, checking an SMS consent box, or otherwise giving us permission to text you. By opting in, you authorize AIR Solutions to send recurring SMS and MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with AIR Solutions, your requests, active demos, appointments, service activity, support conversations, and communication preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS, MMS, data, or other mobile services. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any AIR Solutions text message. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS or MMS messages from that program unless you opt in again. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and network operator. AIR Solutions and the carriers do not guarantee that SMS or MMS messages will be delivered, received, or read by any deadline.
Supported Carriers and Number Changes
SMS and MMS availability may vary by carrier and location. If your mobile number changes, you are responsible for notifying AIR Solutions so we can update or remove your number.
Privacy
We handle personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records, as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
No Emergency Use
Do not rely on the AIR Solutions SMS Program for emergencies or urgent situations. If you have an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services directly.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the AIR Solutions SMS Program after changes are posted means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
